1. Scope

These Terms apply to your use of Turtledove, a private web app for couples, operated by [Operator].

2. Contract & Account

A usage agreement is formed upon registration. Each archive is meant for exactly two people.

3. Free Trial & Premium

Your use begins with a free 14-day trial. After that, full access requires a Premium plan – an annual subscription (€49/year) or a one-time lifetime purchase (€129). Premium is currently provided on request only (early access) with manual billing. Prices as listed on the pricing page (incl. VAT).

4. Term & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the term – easily through the customer portal in your settings (§ 312k BGB, cancellation button).

5. User Responsibilities

No unlawful content; please handle your login credentials responsibly.

6. Liability

Liability follows the applicable statutory provisions; to guard against data loss, we recommend keeping your own backup of important content.

7. Changes

We will let you know in good time about any changes to these Terms.
