4. Processors

We work with service providers under data processing agreements: Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (transactional emails). Photos are stored on our own server. Analytics are cookieless via Plausible.

5. Retention Period

Data is stored for as long as your account exists, and is removed without delay after deletion (statutory retention periods remain unaffected).

6. Your Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. You can export your data and delete it yourself at any time in your account settings.

7. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
